BodyFlow is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling long, strong, calm and centered. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
PiYo LIVE is a strength fusion style format for people who like to sweat! Short bursts of cardiovascular work and strength training for all over body conditioning! Incorporating dynamic balance, dance conditioning, plyometrics, strength, and functional training emphasizing the athleticism of Pilates and yoga! (Space is limited to 10, so get there early)!

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health
Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Our sessions are 60 minutes long. Feel free to bring your own mat or borrow one of ours.
