The starting point for our youngest players. Red Ball uses oversized, low-compression foam balls and shorter racquets on a scaled-down court, built so kids can rally, score, and feel like real tennis players from day one.
Sessions focus on hand-eye coordination, footwork, racquet control, and the fundamentals of forehand, backhand, and serve in a fun, high-energy environment.
The next step up. Orange Ball moves players to a larger court with 50% compression balls. They are slower than a regulation tennis ball, but with enough bounce to develop full strokes and real rally patterns.
Players sharpen technique, learn directional control, work on volleys and overheads, and start playing competitive points.
The transition to full-court tennis. Green Ball uses 75% compression balls on a regulation court, giving players time to develop topspin, depth, and serve mechanics at full scale.
Two-hour sessions allow for deeper drills, match play, footwork work, and tactical instruction to prepare players for tournament-level play.
Full-pressure regulation tennis. Yellow Ball is built for committed players ready to compete, with a focus on stroke mechanics, point construction, conditioning, and match strategy.
Two-hour sessions blend drilling, live-ball play, and tactical coaching to sharpen tournament-ready performance.
