Fun-filled Summer Camp at the Kid's Club

Looking for a fun summer camp to improve your child's athletic skills? Join us for Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Gymnastics, and Swimming in a positive and caring environment!

Social Development: Summer camp provides a unique opportunity for children to meet and interact with new people from diverse backgrounds, build friendships, learn teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, and enhance their emotional intelligence.
Personal Growth: Summer camp provides an ideal setting for children to develop their independence, confidence, and resilience. They get to try new things, take risks, overcome challenges, and learn from their failures in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Fun and Adventure: Summer camp offers a wide range of fun and exciting activities, such as outdoor sports, arts and crafts, and other great  adventures. These experiences create lifelong memories and help children develop a sense of curiosity, creativity, and wonder about the world around them.

We recognize that every child is special, but we strongly believe that our summer camp at the Clubs at River City is valuable for all kids. 

Regardless of your child's interests, camp fosters crucial social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Moreover, the experience of summer camp generates endless benefits. 

Your child will return home with improved independence, a strengthened sense of self, and new abilities, friendships, and unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.

General Information

Summer Camp is for children ages 5-12
Children will be divided by age.
Drop-off and pick-up are in the gym; if drop-off is after 8:30am, please escort your child to the area where class is located.
Only parents and authorized individuals will be able to pick up.
Lunch and snack will be provided.
Have your child’s swimsuit on each day with something to change in to; bring a towel, sunscreen, tennis shoes, extra clothes and a water bottle.
Do not bring any toys, video games, make-up, trading cards, cell phones or any other valuables; we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm
$250 per week
$55 daily drop in fee
$20 per child/$30 per family non-refundable registration fee

Swimsuit: We will swim outside daily from 10 AM – 11 AM. We ask that you bring your child in their swimsuit every day, with clothes over the top. After they swim, they will change from their swimsuit to their normal clothes. This allows us to spend less time in the locker rooms changing, and more time enjoying the pool. Please make sure to pack a full set of clothing to change into after swimming.

Sunscreen: Each student is required to have sunscreen at summer camp every day. Students are not allowed to share sunscreen. Please place a bottle or can of sunscreen in your student’s cubby with their name on the first day of camp. We will let you know when/if they are running out.

Field Trips: Field trips are scheduled throughout the summer. Tuesdays the Pollywogs and Tadpole classrooms are scheduled for field trips. The Frogs and Dolphins will go on Thursdays. Field Trips are subject to change. The field trip Schedule will be released later, as it is too early to book them.

Participation: All children are expected to participate in ALL activities. Please keep your child home if they are not up to participating in all scheduled activities. If your child’s class is scheduled for a field trip and your child is not participating, we will be unable to care for him/her at camp that day. All extra staff will be on the field trip.

Attire: All children will participate in activities that require running, or other gross motor skills. It is important that the children are dressed appropriately and comfortably. Closed toed shoes are required! If a child is wearing sandals or flip flops, they will be asked to sit out of the activity. If dresses or skirts are worn, we ask you to wear shorts underneath.

Tuition: We charge a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee of $25 per family. The weekly rate is $250 a week, including field trips. The daily rate is $55. Payment is due Monday at drop off for the current week’s tuition. If payment is not made, you will not be able to drop off your child. Automatic withdrawal is preferred. This would be processed the Friday before. We accept debit/credit cards as well as checking accounts. We can accept cash, however, do not prefer it. You will be responsible for payment that week regardless of whether the child attends or not.

Childcare Connection: Change of Provider/New Approval: It is the responsibility of the parent to request a transfer of provider or submit a new application to SAL Childcare Connection. Childcare Connection applications cannot be submitted prior to 4 weeks before the expected start date. If your child starts prior to approval, you will be charged $50 a week until approval is received. If you get denied, you will be responsible for the full amount from the date you started. If payment is not received, your account will be turned into collections. Once approval is received, your account will be adjusted.

Co-pay & Tuition Difference: Your monthly co-pay is broken down into weekly amounts. This amount comes from the monthly co-pay divided by 4.33 (weeks in a month). There is a $20 tuition difference per in addition to your co-pay per child or $30 for family. There is an additional $10 charge per field trip each child attends.
