FLIP, FLY, & FEEL AWESOME
Our gymnastics classes are designed with fun and fitness in mind. We strive to meet the gymnastics needs of all children with a wide range of athletic ability. We follow the USA Gymnastics guidelines with respect to skill progressions and development in the four Olympic events of Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. We also utilize the trampoline and tumble track to add to the students’ development of body control and awareness and to help develop strength.
We also have tumbling! Learn to cartwheel and flip in our special “tumbling only” classes, perfect for kids interested in cheerleading, dance, or martial arts. Tumbling class is also terrific for kids who want to stay active and have lots of fun!
Gymnastics students may also add a tumbling class to their workout schedule in order to speed their progression in the sport. Tumblers get a great workout using the Spring Floors, Trampolines, Tumble Trak and other special equipment.
Tots & Pre-School Age
- Tiny Tots: This program introduces the world of fitness to our youngest gymnasts. This parent participation class focuses on skills and activities that allow each child to work on physical and social development. Our Parents and Tot class have a lesson plan that is specific to the toddler age as well as attention spans. NOTE: Children must be able to walk to attend this class.
- Tiny Twists: There is no stopping these guys! At this point, your child can retain a great deal of instruction, skill knowledge and proper terminology. Gross motor skills are well developed and allow for higher and age appropriate skill levels. With greater body awareness and the ability to solve problems, technique begins.
