No. Make-ups are offered when staffing ratios allow and there is an available class, but they are never guaranteed. Some days simply do not have room. Calling early in the morning gives you the best chance, and if that day does not work, you are welcome to try again on another class day within your session.

We are not able to honor make-up requests earlier than the day of. Class availability depends on staffing and attendance that morning, so our team cannot confirm a spot in advance. Please call (309) 693-5700 on the day you want to attend and we will check availability with you over the phone.

Make-ups must be completed within your current session and cannot roll over to the following one. If you miss a class near the end of a session, call the next morning you are free so you have the most opportunities left to use it. If timing makes that impossible, please speak with our management team.
