Date not quite right? No sweat. Simply let us know at least 7 days in advance, and we’ll swap it for any open slot—subject to availability.

Payment is made at the time of booking. There is no cancellation or rescheduling fee. "If you think you'll need 20, book for 15". (This accounts for no-shows. We can always add participants, but cannot refund for less attendance.)

Life happens. Parties may be canceled at any time. To receive a full refund, let us know at least 7 days before your scheduled date. Cancellations under 7 days before the party will forfeit your payment for a future event. You can reschedule any party by notifying us at least 7 days in advance, and your payment for a future event will transfer to the new date.

Gymnastics: Leotards or flexible activewear. Shoes and socks stay in our cubbies. Remove jewelry and ponytail long hair.

Swimming: Swimsuit, towel, goggles, and any personal floaties.

Our rates cover everything—no tip required. That said, heartfelt thanks (and any gratuity) is always cherished.

You’re welcome to personalize! Just skip the glitter and pinatas. All décor must be removed by the end of your party.

Absolutely. Bring your favorite snacks, soft drinks, and cake. Please—no glass or alcohol. However, we do not have a freezer on site for ice cream.

You may begin setup 15 minutes before your start time and 15 minutes after for cleanup. Please exit promptly after cleanup so our crew can reset for the next celebration.

We’ll send digital liability waivers in advance, but the easiest way is to have guests sign as they arrive.
