Adult Aquatic Classes

Arthritis Plus

This Aquatics Program is conducted in warm water (at least 83°) and can be tailored to different ability levels. The program's exercises improve range of motion, muscle strength, and endurance while increasing joint flexibility and reducing pain and stiffness.

Aqua in Motion

This class offers a high-intensity, low-impact workout that enhances flexibility, range of motion, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance. With water's natural resistance to cushion feet, knees, and back, this choreographed class is done to the beat of the music.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Fit

This aquatic program is designed to provide a full-body workout that incorporates a thermal warm-up, a cardiovascular component, and a toning and strengthening component. Through synchronized movements of the arms and legs, participants can improve their muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of warm water.

Aqua Power

This hour-long aquatic workout is a perfect blend of interval training for cardiovascular endurance, strength training using noodles or bells, and a variety of exercises that include kickboxing and dance moves with an added emphasis on core strengthening. With a wide range of music spanning across different decades and genres, this workout is suitable for all fitness levels, and everyone is welcome to take up the challenge.

Deep Water Classes

These classes are a low-impact nature of the exercise. Because the water supports the body, there is less strain on the joints, making it an ideal option for individuals with arthritis or other joint issues. Additionally, the resistance of the water provides a challenging workout for the muscles, helping to build strength and endurance. The buoyancy of the water also helps to improve flexibility and range of motion.
