No matter your fitness level, we have a program that will suit your needs. Whether you are new to exercise or already have a fitness routine, the Clubs at River City can provide you with a quality facility and trained, caring professionals to help you reach your fitness goals.

Over the last several months, we have incorporated new elements into our long-standing facility, including new and updated fitness equipment.

Group fitness

As you take in the energy of our group workout, you’ll also get the attention and inspiration that comes from our certified and experienced personal training coaches. They’re full of the life they promise and always pushing you forward toward your goal. They have coached people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities and can walk you through numerous move options to help you feel successful in class.

River City Preschool (Daycare)

Our Kid's Academy provides a cognitively based program for children ranging from birth to twelve years. We provide a home like-environment where children are encouraged to develop at their own pace. We strive to instill self-confidence, a desire for learning, and fitness in every child we educate. The compassionate staff at Kid's Academy is committed to the families we serve, providing support and encouragement.

Indoor/Outdoor Tennis

We are the area’s largest tennis facility, with 12 indoor courts and 8 outdoor clay courts. We serve tennis players of all ages and skill levels, from beginning juniors and college-bound high school players to seasoned team competitors and adults who love playing the game. Adult Pickleball players enjoy competitive and social Open Play events and year-round access to the courts.

Weight Training

Strength training at the Clubs at River City is one way to ensure your body is anchored in strength; but working out with weights is also a great way to burn calories, improve muscle mass, and develop better body mechanics. Our strength training area is filled with plate loaded machines, free weights (from 2 lb. - 130 lbs.), Smith machines, squat racks, incline/decline flat benches, and cable pulleys.

Swimming

Whether you’re a competitive swimmer, learning to swim, or just enjoy splashing in the water, the Clubs at River City aquatics has something for everyone of all ages! Our aquatics area features two indoor pools and several outdoor pools, including an adults-only pool, a kids' pool, a waterslide, and a general-use pool. The aquatic center hosts water fitness classes, swimming lessons, and swim competitions.

Basketball

Shoot hoops! Clubs at River City feature two basketball courts for pick-up games and individual shooting. Plus, the other areas of the indoor courts are flexible workout and training spaces for basketball training and tailored conditioning programs. Shoot hoops or enjoy a friendly pick-up game with fellow members. Open courts are available during most club hours. Court rentals are available.

Yoga

We combine mindful calm with physical fitness. Yoga is a great way to tone your body and hone your mind. Yoga is the perfect fit if you want to focus better, rid your system of toxins and improve your flexibility. Yoga is the perfect fit for you! Whether experienced or new to yoga, we have several yoga classes to fit individual style, strengthening and toning goals.
