Westin was born locally in Peoria, Illinois and attended Metamora Township High School. After graduation, he enrolled in ICC to obtain his Associate degree in Science before heading off to university. Westin continued his education at Northern Illinois University, where he studied Kinesiology, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree. He is a certified personal trainer through the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise, as well as CPR/AED certified.

            Westin was always active in sports as a kid but truly found his passion inside the weight room. His main goal and purpose as a personal trainer is to help as many people as possible find his or her own place of enjoyment in fitness and exercise. Westin won 1st place in Wisconsin’s Super Naturals, making him a nationally qualified bodybuilder, competing in the NPC Classic Physique division, with aspirations of one day turning professional.
