Our personal trainers are available Monday through Friday 6:00AM-8:00PM and weekends by appointment.

We offer member and nonmember personal training, available in 30 minute, 45 and 60 minute sessions. We also offer Group Training for groups up to 5 clients at a time. Stop by and talk with one of our trainers to find out more! Costs are affordable and your health is, BY FAR, the best investment

Group Half Hour Personal Training is $15 per session. It is sold in packages of 6 sessions, with a minimum of 2 clients.

Group Hour Personal Training is $26 per session. It is sold in packages of 6 sessions, with a minimum of 2 clients.



Meet Our Trainers:

Wes Joos

Westin was born locally in Peoria, Illinois and attended Metamora Township High School. After graduation, he enrolled in ICC to obtain his Associate degree in Science before transferring to Northern Illinois University. There he studied Kinesiology, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree. He is a certified personal trainer through the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise, as well as CPR/AED certified.

Westin was always active in sports as a kid, but truly found his passion inside the weight room. His main goal and purpose as a personal trainer is to help as many people as possible find his or her own place of enjoyment in fitness and exercise, Westin won 1st place in Wisconsin’s Super Naturals, making him a nationally qualified bodybuilder, competing in the NPC Classic Physique division, with aspirations of one day turning pro.

Matt Clarke

Matt graduated from ICC with his degree focused on personal training.  Growing up overweight, Matt understands the physical and mental challenges that come from growing up overweight.  His passion is to work with kids to help them overcome those challenges.

Matt is an avid runner competing in 5Ks, half marathons and marathons.  Not only is he a runner but he also loves riding bikes.  Matt has taken this one step further and became a Les Mills RPM certified instructor here at The Clubs at River City.

Christian Evans


Christian was once over 400 pounds, believe it or not! Through love, a mental transformation and the will power to succeed, he lost 187 pounds in 10 months without surgery or diet pills.  His blog, provides the details of his weight loss journey.

As your personal trainer, Christian’s main focus is to help you be successful at reaching your fitness goals.  He loves to share his knowledge on how he overcame obesity and will do his best to help you reach your fitness goals. Christian is an accredited fitness trainer through Fitour, as well as CPR/AED certified.
