He is a certified personal trainer through the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise, as well as CPR/AED certified.

Westin was always active in sports as a kid, but truly found his passion inside the weight room. His main goal and purpose as a personal trainer is to help as many people as possible find his or her own place of enjoyment in fitness and exercise, Westin won 1st place in Wisconsin’s Super Naturals, making him a nationally qualified bodybuilder, competing in the NPC Classic Physique division, with aspirations of one day turning pro.

Brittany Richmond

Brittany fell in love with fitness back in Jr and Sr High School where she played competitive volleyball and coached club volleyball as well. This led to her passion for competitive running; which she started in college. She partakes in local charitable 5Ks, fun runs and warrior dashes.

Her passion for fitness can also be found in her studies. Brittany obtained her B.S. degree from Western Illinois University in Behavior Modification and went on to get her M.S. degree from Walden University in Behavior Modification as well.

Brittany has worked and volunteered in a variety of areas related to the health and fitness industry. Some of those positions include, working with young adults with body dysmorphic disorder, eating disorders, food addiction and overall body image.  She has also worked with relationship health, sexual health and overall mental health.  She geared her studies towards health and behavior modification; specifically health and fitness.  Apart from personal training, she also works as a successful fitness coach for the company Beachbody; where she works with individual program design, meal plans and focuses on motivation and accountability.

She is very excited to get to know current and new members! While her fitness focus is on plyometrics, total body circuits and more innovative, rebel fitness, she welcomes all fitness levels from the ones just starting out to the seasoned vets as her clients!
