WHAT TO EXPECT IN A WORKOUT
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
The LES MILLS GRIT™ Program consists of three unique workouts:
- LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength – Maximizes your 30 minutes to build lean muscle (burn fat) and improve strength in all your major muscle groups. Get stronger, faster.
- LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo – Help your body to perform like an athlete with 30 minutes focused on explosivity, agility, and motion that will help you build a lean athletic body. Move like an athlete.
- LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio- Increase your speed, burn fat, and improve your athletic capability with this 30-minute bodyweight training that will help you get results fast.
Monday: 5:30 PM – GRIT STRENGTH
Tuesday: 5:30 AM – GRIT PLYO
Wednesday: 5:30 PM – GRIT PLYO
Thursday: 5:30 AM – GRIT CARDIO
Friday: GRIT WILL BE OFFERED IN VIRTUAL FORM.
Saturday: 6:45 AM – GRIT STRENGTH*
*Classes will be held in Group Fit room. Monday through Thursday classes are held on the Basketball Court.
