CORE YOGA

Are you looking to build your core strength? Core Yoga is a high energy class that combines strength training, cardio and stretching to improve your posture, tone and flexibility.

YOGA FLOW

In our YOGAFLOW class, you’ll “flow” from one yoga pose to the next. It’s 60 minutes of relaxing fitness that will help center your mind and body.

chairyoga

CHAIR YOGA

This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair for support. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are NOT present in this class. The chair is used due to the difficulty in getting down and up off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair.

BODY FLOW

A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. Truly a fitness class for the 21st Century. BODYFLOW brings mind and body into perfect harmony. Try this revolutionary, holistic approach to fitness.

TAI CHI

TAI CHI is sometime’s described as “meditation in motion” becuase it promotes serenity through gentle movements connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in ancient China for self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions.

Core Yoga

Designed to build core strength! This high energy class combines strength training, cardio and stretching to improve your posture and become more tones and flexible.

YOGA FLOW

60 minutes of yoga poses in a flowing sequence.
